  • We transport pets via road in fully air-conditioned vehicles, with temperature controlled by the driver to ensure comfort throughout the journey.

Our vehicles are designed without a partition between the cabin and pet area, allowing continuous monitoring of pets during transit.

Regular comfort stops are scheduled to provide opportunities for pets to toilet, hydrate, and stretch. These stops also allow us to send updates to owners along the way.

  • Comfort stops are scheduled approximately every two hours. These breaks allow pets the opportunity to toilet, hydrate, and stretch their legs, supporting their comfort and wellbeing throughout the journey.

In the event a pet soils their crate between stops, our driver will clean and refresh the crate before continuing travel.

For added comfort, all crates are prepared with absorbent veterinary bedding and protective wee pads designed to wick away moisture and keep pets dry during transit.

  • Our road transport service operates across NSW, ACT, VIC and some of QLD & SA. We don’t service TAS, WA or NT at this stage.

  • You are welcome to send a small bag of belongings or paperwork with your pet, provided all items are clearly labelled with your pet’s name, along with the name and contact number of the receiving person.
