OUR TRANSPORT VEHICLES

Our purpose-built transport van is fully air-conditioned, insulated, and ventilated to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for your pets. Tinted windows further reduce heat and glare during travel.

We use spacious, durable crates that are securely fixed within the vehicle to prevent movement, ensuring your pet’s safety and stability throughout the journey.

Crates are never stacked, allowing for optimal airflow and comfort.

To minimise stress and travel time, we transport no more than three adult dogs at any one time.

Each crate is fitted with premium vet bedding to keep pets dry and comfortable. Bedding is replaced after every journey and thoroughly cleaned using veterinary-grade disinfectant.

At times, an alternative vehicle (Hyundai i30) may be used when operationally required. In these instances, pets receive the same high standard of care, comfort, and safety, with appropriate restraint and secure transport measures always maintained.
